Interim Financial Update for Q3 2024/2025: Positive Developments

The interim financial statement as of June 30, 2025, reveals encouraging results for the third quarter of the financial year 2024/2025. The portfolio has achieved a gross yield of 6.91%, reflecting robust performance and stability. The fair value of the portfolio remains steady, indicating strong market positioning, while the EPRA occupancy rate stands at an impressive 96.0%.

Operating results show a notable increase in rental income, which rose to €40.6 million, marking a 1.8% increase from €39.9 million recorded on June 30, 2024. Similarly, EPRA earnings have also seen an upward trend, reaching €28.5 million, up 2.1% from the previous year's €27.9 million. This translates to an EPRA earnings per share of €4.32, compared to €4.23 at the same time last year.
